Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WiseMom application ("App") provided by WiseMom ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the App.

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

WISE MOM IS STRICTLY AN EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATION-TRACKING TOOL. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE.

The content, insights, articles, and tracking tools provided within the App are for general informational purposes only. They are NOT intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, obstetrician, or qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy or a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this App. In case of an emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

WiseMom offers a Premium subscription providing access to advanced features, educational courses, and extensive tracking tools.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal continuously by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.

4. User License and Conduct

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware, span, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, courses, and educational assets, are the exclusive property of WiseMom. You may not use our branding, logos, or content without explicit written permission.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiseMom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of data, resulting from your access to or use of the App, or reliance on any educational content provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
